When City had the ball earlier they looked poised and the midfielders were involved. Then Messi was just tearing apart the back line so the midfield had to sit back more. Looks so stagnant out there on the counter. Aguero can't save us by himself and yeah Navas for Nasri should be imminent.

Man City need to buy a technical and speedy winger, bad. That has to be number one on the wish list. You can't have Nasri and the Wonderful James Milner occupying wing space doing nothing. I'm sorry but this is flat out disrespectful.

I consider PK's a whole different game. I was just talking about the 90' interval. City like Arsenal yesterday, knew how many goals they NEED to put on the board to even have a chance at surviving. But the way City feelin' the draft of messi's nutmegs ride up their skirts, it really doesn't matter much at this point

Yeah the issue is players like Nasri/Silva/The Industrious One someone would buy. But those wages, I'm sure would prevent most clubs even looking in that direction.

guardian podcast mentioned this.. they keep talking about winning in the future but this team is built to win now and should be in its prime.. no way with FFP will they be able to replicate the current team or replace them overnight.. this is the point of that academy but they haven't really utilized it yet.
