I swear this is part of the reason why most English clubs are ran so poorly man,you've always got the same handful of names of middle aged - old,mediocre British managers being linked to every job opening. Moyes, Hughes, Pearson, Pardew, Big Sam, Woy and the likes would never even get looked at if they weren't British. It's like an old boys club. They get hired,perform poorly,get sacked and rinse and repeat.
Wish more clubs thought outside the box, took the Watford route and stopped being afraid to hire hungry young foreign managers with backgrounds from other leagues instead of acquiescing to the xenophobic sensibilities that are so prevalent. Look at how well they've done under Marco Silva.
Yet folks will bemoan the lack of success at these clubs by pinning it on foreign players instead
,foreign players who are very much the lifeblood of the league.
