Agreed.. we came into this game the better team but played like underdogs. Set up to counter, but then never did.

Don't be so daft. Once Klopp left, he was trying to leave Dortmund. Of course he was gonna put on a performance and try to force his way out of the team which is exactly what he did. He publicly admitted that he would have joined Liverpool Until Klopp called him and talked him into Joining Dortmund.
