I've never actually seen it implemented but I'd assume it'd be like hockey in that there wouldn't be a time limit,just play until someone scores
If that ever happened it might be a good idea to add an extra sub or 2 starting in extra time

Hockey does have a time limit though. They play an extra 20min period and if no one scores they keep playing another period. That's how they end up with those crazy 5OT games in the playoffs
