No ROM and yet both rashy and tone on bench  man WTF

I guess I should be happy pogba isn't on the bench

Guess now it's clear who he was talking about in his post match comments last week :smh:

No youth on the bench of a meaningless game either >D

I was thinking the same thing. I guess it's just a reflection of how bad they were in the last game.

But it looks like Pogba will get more freedom to move forward.

Also, 5 defenders! Freedom for the wingbacks!

Funny to me that one of DC United's supporter groups is named "Barra Brava" because in Argentina "barra bravas" are supporter groups that operate like actual gangs. They run drug dealing operations, murder rival club supporters, etc.

Attending United games when I was young I always saw the barra going crazy during games with that damn drum. Idk why they are acting surprised that the team ditched them in a sense. Back in the day the best players were South American. They had a crazy Bolivian following, due to Etcheverry and Moreno. Now times have changed. Not saying it’s right, but it may be time for the screaming eagles to take charge.

All of this is funny to me cause I don’t see the point of turning up this hard for an MLS franchise.

South American footy is something else. Never knew this.

I've seen a couple of docs similar to this a while back. These dudes move like goons for real :eek. I'll never question an Argentine's passion for football :lol

^they're a plague and have in many ways ruined local Argentine football

The craziest part is that every club has one. Boca Juniors actually has two rival groups that fight each other. Two groups wearing the same colors, waving the same flags, fighting each other for power and influence. That's the thing though, this isn't really about passion for the club. It's all about money. Football is just a means to an end for these guys. There have been reported instances of "gang" members switching sides ala PRIME PRIME

What's surreal is that every four years when the WC comes around, AFA gives a good majority of Argentina's tickets to River Plate's barra, los "Borrachos del Tablon." Every World Cup these guys travel to the venue, follow Argentina, and run amok wherever they go. You would think that after a while AFA would stop doing this and give the tickets to honest fans, but no, no one has the balls to stand up to these criminals.

I read there's a lot of corruption that allows this to happen. Basically politicians/political groups fund and enable these guys to do what they do in exchange for being the muscle to influence elections/assignments. "I'll give you drugs, alcohol, and money along with the right to run your parking rackets and drug deals at Boca's stadium, but you have to make sure people in these neighborhoods help elect ____"

Watching this squad play crap teams lets me know that this squad will quit on Mourinho next year and the campaign will end disastrously.

To my Roma peeps, crickets, here are some rumors floating around.

- Nian and Strootman are said to be sold.
- Alisson offers will be considered if the player is set on leaving. (Roma want 70+)
- Talisca is being eyed as a replacement for any midfielder we sell.
- Balotelli is being considered. EDF wanted him at Sassuolo when he was manager.
- Perotti is rumored to be on his way back to Sevilla.
- We are interested in Kluivert, but the team will leave it up to Monchi. However, he isn’t too keen on the player.
- Florenzi can be sold. Roma willing to hear offers. What he/his entourage want in renegotiations is more than what the club is willing to offer.

United need some attack minded wing backs that will overlap with the wingers.

Have Martial/Rashford and Alexis cut in from the wings, have the wing backs overlap and cross the ball in

Put Pogba in an attacking mid position, Mctomminay and Matic hold central

Get a better CB to pair with Bailly

Brb going to careers.manchesterunited.com right quick to submit my FM18 resume
