Yet mourinho has done in numerous times in the past.

Which of Mou's title winning sides played as badly as United?

Please don't say 2010 Inter Milan because that team only parked the bus against Barcelona because they were down a man.

Vieira has a lot of potential as a manager but some might consider it too much of a risk for him to go straight from NYCFC to a club the size of Arsenal. He should probably take a job somewhere in between first.

Same can be said for Arteta having that potential, Pep has credited him with alot of the work with helping out Sterling this year but it could still be too much of a risk to have him manage Arsenal already.

Also on the topic of MLS... SKC taking all three points from ATL last night was huge. The Supporters’ Shield is ours this year!

Also glad that Vermes is staying away from the hot mess that is US soccer at this point and continuing to finish what he’s been building at SKC.

^^I know it's not the real treble jape jape

back on the Rooney topic, I don't mind him getting his bread but that whole DCU deal is really to put asses in those new Audi Field seats for at least this season let's keep it 100%

Zlatan be like f*ck LA, I'm going to the WC anyway

Spanish side Real Sociedad will honor legendary captain Xabi Prieto, who will end his career after this season and spending the full 14 years of his pro career at the Basque club, in a totally unique and probably never-seen-before way. A special logo featuring Prieto's face and name will replace the club crest on the kits for the last Liga home game of the season on Saturday against Leganés.

With the top 4 places all but set already,I'd love to see Mou roll with some academy products in the squad today. Would love to see the likes of Chong and Gomes on the bench at least

I denounce rooney  wont give no damns about him in the DCU shirt, DCU getting finessed. This ownership wont have my support until they rectify the official supporters situation. Essentially there are 3 large supporter groups who have been around since the inception of DCU or in La Norte's case a little after: La barra brava (95), Screaming Eagles (95), La Norte. A little background on La barra brava: they were founded by latinos because most of our key players were latino, Marco Etcheverry, Jaime Moreno, Diaz, etc. who were vital to our championships so naturally "DMV" with its large latino community gravitated towards the club and supported them with pride and are just as responsible for our game day environment and culture as well as the community. Just like the screaming eagles, they would sponsor events, sell tickets, etc.

All groups together have been extremely supportive and vital to the DCU environment and culture but recently the ownership penned a deal and partnered with the Screaming Eagles as DCU's official supporters group and basically only recognizing them as the sole supporters group where as all the groups mentioned above should be recognized and considered "Official supporters of the club" once audi field is complete. Screaming eagles, being recognized as the offical supporters will be allocated a section and tickets at a discounted rate as opposed to the rest of the public. La barra brava and screaming eagles would routinely sell their discounted tickets to interested outsiders and recruit those who were interested in joining so its a slap in the face to La barra brava and a large latino community under this group who have given their unconditional support to their franchise to be ignored from the ownership and it makes it seem that the ownership do not want to recognize the heavy and large latino community and support that is ingrained in our history and instead look to formalize it with a suburban image. La barra brava issued out an open letter on the situation as well as an update on their meetings in the spoiler incase anyone is further interested. /rant

would love rooney in DC. right on time for the grand opening of our new stadium too!
