Wonder if da looming CL tie against United had to do with Sevilla's 0-2 L at home to Valencia

Valencia are now +11 points on Sevilla for the fourth place trophy, which basically seals both of their European fates for next season

**** I really hope tolisso didn't just break/fracture his shin :frown: direct full power kick directly into another players shin. can't really put pressure on it, needed help back to the locker room
Looked nasty, never fun clashing shins in that manner. By the looks of it, could be a long spell out for Tolisso.

Separate from injury, I implore Bayern supporters to remain patient with "Coco." I realize a premium fee was paid to Lyon (second-highest amount received behind Lacazette), but he often plays in a formation that doesn't best suit his style or talents. The 4-2-3-1 that Jupp Heynckes prefers doesn't maximize Tolisso's playing style. Instead, a 4-3-3 or even 4-1-4-1 help to unleash "Coco's" box-to-box skills. He becomes more comfortable roaming the pitch with Javi in a deep-lying position behind him. Plus, Tolisso has performed well in Champions League and from what I understand, has the full confidence of Rummenigge moving forward.

Since you're the resident Bavarian fan, I'm keenly tracking how Bayern will transition from Vidal, Ribery and Robben to more youth in the form of Goretzka, and perhaps wide players like Leon Bailey and Ismaila Sarr.

Dembele looked great on the field today. Hopefully his confidence starts building up moving forward.

Suarez needs to get used to adjusting to Dembele's pauses and speed switches too. Dembele had some great crosses, but it seemed like Suarez was thrown off a bit and got frustrated. If they get on the same page it's gonna be a deadly combination.
