All good we just saw it in different ways I guess. VVDs missed header, Firmino's shot down the middle, Pools majority of possession, 10+ corners, Salah's late game volley, and plenty of shots blocked.

Crazy that people were calling him washed after what he did in the knockout stages of the CL last season and sonning Pique in the super cup to start this one. Nobody gets washed that quickly without injuries. Every season the vultures circle and try to call out his imminent demise, yet he keeps scoring and racking up titles and accolades. You'll eventually be right because spoiler alert, every athlete eventually gets too old, but you'll have to wait at least another year.
