Those fans are something else. Most of us are realistic about the team though.

I miss the @jada2001retro days. The crusades he would go on to defend Arsenal @FeartheIbis was his successor for Chelsea. Man, those two caused everyone on NT to unite against London clubs.

You could say something like "Fabregas/Drogba was OK today; he played well for most of the match but could've done a few things better " and one of them would write paragraphs of abusive messages towards you and demand that you pay respect.

Fair point. Think many let his track record of trophies outweigh the negatives.

There's that and the fact that it looked like he had gotten wiser after getting sacked by Roman when he got the job. He was saying all the right things. His insistence on playing academy products shows that he's changed in a way but some of the issues arising from his man management show how little he's changed in other areas.

In terms of playing style and tactics, I don't think anyone expected to see United playing champagne football or tiki taka. The style of footy has definitely improved from LvG's 'philosophy'

A lot of the frustration from fans comes from the lack of adaptability he's shown in regards to adjusting depending on what works. He'll stick with a formation until injury forces him to change it regardless of negative results.

Overall he's improved the squad from what it was but there's still a lot of work left to be done,a bit more than you'd expect given the resources at his disposable these last 2 seasons

That doesn't mean he isn't a great player. It just means he's had trouble with injuries. It doesn't take away from what he's accomplished.

I haven't gotten any treatment yet because they don't know what's causing anything. I have an appointment with another specialist on Tuesday. I try to make all my appointments early so I can be back home in time for footy, it makes the days better until Arsenal ruins them
