It did but it just doenst make sense like it used to back in the old days. Travel is so much easier, more comfortable now and the average player is so much better that scoring away from isn’t the Herculean task it used to be where it made sense to weigh it more. You are still less likely to score away than at home, it is hard to score away but is the difference so significant we should keep weighing away goals more? Nah not to me.
