Yep, can't pass that off as a misunderstanding. I would be very disappointed in Sarri if Kepa didn't sit out the next few games

The pool vs united match was legit boring. Ole putting on Lingard was (obviously in hindsight) stupid. Thought Klopp should have brought Shakiri on earlier but he didn't really make a big impact even when he was on.

That Jorginho shot at Aguero at the opening whistle was straight bush league. Should have just given him a straight red eff that guy. The Kepa situation was just super strange. I don't know if Sarri thought Kepa was hurt and he was ok...or what but it was just odd.

I was thinking Bale didn't celebrate because he knew the PK was complete BS. But then again im not up on the spanish news media and whats being said about him. But Real were outplayed by Levante honestly. They legit got two questionable penalties. The first one for hand ball i think i would have given. But no chance id give the second one and Casamiro should have been carded for simulation.

Which video was that? Is it available on youtube?

This post didn't age well

Has VAR in Spain been that bad? Jesus, I like Casimero but holy **** that’s such a blatant dive. To think he got a penalty for that, AFTER VAR reviewed it, is just flat out absurd. It embarrassed La Liga as a whole.

That’s such a bad dive it deserved a red card. Straight red card, three game suspension. That’s some dirty **** man.

But somehow the narrative in the press is Gareth Bale and his celebration. That’s just bull ****

Bale’s gone, you shouldn’t even waste your time with it anymore. Him and RM are done, he doesn’t have to force a transfer. He’ll be back in England next year.
the thing is he loves be in Madrid and he loves his wages, we'll see if he's willing to part with that, Solari not starting him might just push it over the edge.

Who would think an average at best coach like Solari would be able to push out Bale, Marcelo & Isco

The video is no longer working, here’s the Casemiro call that VAR didn’t overturn.

I’m not even going to throw shade at Casemiro or Carvajal, they’re doing what they’re suppose to do in a sense.

I just want an explanation to how VAR missed this. I want them to look fans in the face and explain themselves.

That, along with the media (today especially) is what just pushed him over the edge. I’ve never seen such a hammering like today. And I know Bale has had a tough season and I joke about him not knowing Spanish - but I think this “him pushing Lucas Vasquez” thing is COMPLETEY OVERBLOWN.

If anything, if I was a RM fan I’d like it. Bale is usually reserved and keeps to himself a lot, the fact he still wants to fight for his place against the man who took his spot would make me happy. But obviously that’s not what’s in the news today. It’s all “enough of Bale he disrespected the shield (escudo), Florentino sell him, etc, etc”

It’s tired... so Bale is done at Madrid. EPL fans, who’s pouncing? I think he’d be perfect at United in the RW as long as they don’t give him the number 7 shirt. Plus they can afford the wages.

Madrid fans talking about Bale being disrespectful :stoneface:as if they haven't been trying to verbally and physically attack him for years, despite him scoring crucial goals in damn near every major tournament

Most ungrateful club and fans on the planet

Don’t see anyone here caring enough to criticize him. And there are a decent enough amount of Madrid fans. And even if we did it wouldn’t be out of line, just because people who aren’t us have attacked him. Fans talk about the most minuscule things. We’re fans... On the flip side, I see Barca fans complaining about having the arguable goat and running things domestically every week. Yet RM are the only ones labeled as the most ungrateful fans. Not saying they don’t have their reasons to, but it’s funny seeing the RM fans are so ungrateful crowd be silent over that.

Off the field Bale is wrongly criticized, he goes to sleep early, just like Kroos, he doesn't speak perfect Spanish, but he's pretty passable, on the field I don't think people are wrong about there's just so many times where disappears and he's supposed to be our best player, scoring in finals shouldn't make immune to that

So what exactly was exposed?
i don't know the whole story but i know courtois, out of all people, was throwing shade at bale talking bout he never tried to adapt himself to the spanish culture
it was really bizarre to hear a new player come out and single bale like that even though he used to be at atleti

it really sounds like bale just doesn't mess with any of the madrid players outside of the pitch.
i don't blame him either though cause this current madrid squad is full of scumbags and racists
who would want to hang out with superior race leader kroos and tramp stamp don sergio ramos

madrid really do have the worst fans in the world
they even had the nerve to whistle ronaldo his whole tenure at madrid when they owe him everything
in barcelona, if messi misses a penalty, they start the messi chants to support him
stark contrast to madrid
they are just spoiled...like barca fans tbh but on a whole different level. and theres a level of vitriol madrid fans direct at their players that doesn't happen in barcelona

Spanish radio says Bale goes to bed early every night (11PM) & doesn't hang out like that & he's apparently been the butt of jokes because of that & that he apparently plays alot of golf so they apparently call him golf boy or something like that. The players also took umbrage at him not learning any Spanish while there either.

example of some of the spanish media ********
same type of **** they tried to persecute dembele with i.e. "video games"

The moment was discussed on TV chat show El Chiringuito later Sunday night after Madrid’s 2-1 win at Levante.

The host Josep Pedrerol, said that the reason Bale was angry was because he could not watch the golf World Cup.

“He arrived at the stadium watching a golf tournament. Bale arrived at Levante’s ground watching a golf tournament on his phone. He arrived at the game watching a golf tournament. That is concentration. That is professionalism,” said Pederol sarcastically.

“Bale was angry. Do you know why he was so angry? Because he was missing the golf World Cup. Bale was so mad because he was missing the golf which was happening at the same time as the game. Bale likes golf. He doesn’t care about football… or Real Madrid either.”

i don't understand not trying to learn spanish though
even here in houston i work with a lot of spanish patients and just cause of that i have been slowly trying to learn spanish
i get a short lesson everyday from the nice ladies who work the cafeteria during breakfast or lunch. so there should be no excuse for bale
and im not fat either so there should be no excuse for isco or marcelo

But if he was out at 3 AM on Gran Vía they'd be mad at him for that too

I do agree about the Spanish thing if true. That's one of, if not THE (toss up with German), easiest languages on earth to learn if you're an English speaker.

Bale can speak Spanish but facts don't matter, like somebody says Aguero doesn't care about learning English but nobody cares cause he scores goals
