Wrong, 100% wrong at that. Where are you from? Cortez are pretty much a gang/hood thing out here in LA. I know a few black guys that sport Cortez regularly. As stated before, it's a gang/hood thing for the most. You are correct on the other thing. The eses have had them on lock forever.

Grew up in SD, in the early 80's, hung out in LA for a while.  Saw maybe one black dude ever wearing Cortez's.  Mainly spanish dudes with the black and white ones to match there jacket.  Drawing a blank on what the name of the jacket was they use to wear, my cousin want one.  It remind me of an early version of the carhartt jackets.

 

I wasn't really feelin all the LeBron's only really like the X, however those V's.  YEAH. Must have some serious contacts or just a lot of money to burn.  Love how dudes hands were shaking when he reached for owners shoe.  LMAO.

You would think he would have a bigger room to store his shoes in.  Is that the recommend conditions to store shoes, dark, indirect light, with low - medium air flow.  Currently storing mines in the box in one of the extra bedrooms.

Cool to know he takes his culture and religion just as serious if not more serious than his sneaker collection.
