i ran the nyc maraton in the 4% FK . I HONESTLY prefer the original died around mile 21 and still managed to do a 3.16 not bad.

i agree i ran in the original 4 percents which only fit me with a thicker sock. i got the FK version in the same size and theyre VERY tight even with the thinnest sock. I ran 15 miles in them and they felt tight. I would worry abobut running an extra 11 in them. got .5 up and theyre perfect with...

I highly reccomend the maurten gels. tasteless, easy to swallow whilst running. I usually drink a 320 before a long run too. I was using huma chia seed gels but the maurten really are great.
