Did back with no pre-sup yesterday. Did Romanian Dead lifts 8x at 225#. This was after 2 hrs of sleep, 9 hrs of work. Today will consist of stretching as a workout.
For the guy who recommended Chlorella...
Here are some side affects:
"Chlorella is POSSIBLY SAFE when used short-term (up to 2 months). The most common side effects include diarrhea, nausea, gas (flatulence), green discoloration of the stools, and stomach cramping, especially in the first week...
On a bad note, Friday is company lunch. Had half a donut in the morning (chose the plain cake donut) and for lunch, they got In & Out (took one bun off to reduce the carbs) Ain't gonna lie, felt like a cheat day, but still gonna kill these Bi's and Tri's after work.
Chest is probably one of the slowest recovering muscle. I only work out my chest once a week. Sometimes twice, but it'll be a Monday then a Thursday. I understand you want to improve your chest, but please don't continue to injure yourself in doing so. Taking rest/breaks are part of working out...
I extract the juice from celery, broccoli, cucumbers, & carrots mainly. I add a few slices of lemons to add flavor (cause vegetable juice ain't the tastiest thing to drink) and sometimes apples. Sometimes I make different juices adding spinach & tomatoes. I make enough for two days, where I can...
Plus, it's only 15 days of your life to clean out all the garbage you put in it. I smoke (not cigarettes) and drink occasionally, so it's definitely for me. I still maintain a body fat of 8% with a party/wild life style and I really recommend it. It's not like I'm doing this to lose fat, I do it...
Juicing is when you extract juice from vegetables. It's the most healthiest drink you can possibly drink, IMO. Natural everything. I don't juice anything but vegetables and add a flew slices lemon for flavoring. Stating this just to clarify that we're on the same page. It cleans out your body of...
"Abs are built in the kitchen."
Naw, but really...dieting is key for abs. Next is weighted ab workouts, crunches and sit ups takes way too long to build abs.
Anything packaged is trash.
Something for y'all to try also...when I take a break from using my tube of pre-workout supplements (usually 3-4 weeks), I go on a juicing diet. Cleans out all the toxins and garbage inside your body. You feel amazing and the most clean natural feel I ever felt. I do...
Still waiting on mine to ship, haven't got a pair since the '05. Took them to Basic Training for the Air Force (after they we're used and abused of course) and lost them since :(
Ok, then my advice would be...isolate your arm workouts to single arm curls, rather than curling with a straight bar. I don't do do bicep curls with two dumbbells either, cause it's cheating to me (momentum swing, for some people). I like to work on one arm at a time. It's best to add a little...
I work out my calves on my chest days. Full focus on chest and workout my calves before I leave. When you workout your legs on one session, your quads are getting more blood flow than your calves will be. Something I read, been doing it for a whole year and saw a lot of improvements. Hopefully...
During Spring I start doing double days. Just make sure you work one major part per session OR work one major part and cardio (but heard this can be a bad combo, correct me if I'm wrong). I tend to work out one major body part 1st session and legs 2nd session (workout legs 3x a week).
Heard you get those fees if you purchase higher than a certain value (does not how much is the limit). I purchased the Cool Grey 9's and both Air Maxes, but separately...so far no fees.
