Not sure how these are still in stock after a couple years, or on sale, but some pretty cheap BRED AJKO's if anyone is interested. (I know they were even cheaper at outlets in the US, but we basically didn't even get these in Canada)...
This is a great pic, and an excellent example for anyone thinking the new “bred toe” is some how better than the classic Black Toe. These are legit leather, they can take a beating, the way Jordan 1’s were meant too. They age well. The tumbled stuff isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. It’s become a...
Was joking haha... Every other new J1 drop these days someone is saying they'll cop to customize into an already existing colorway they missed ha. You'd only have one foot of each pair if you did that with these haha.
Great job, what did you use?
Been mentioned here a few times... cause he’s a cornball. Not sure how he built such a following reposting other people’s content with lame quotes. This is the age we live in I guess.
Hahaha. Yeah, I’m doing it. Bought the rare airs back when they came out, before we ever knew there’d be an NA version. Id get no money selling the rare airs, don’t wanna give them away, and would feel silly spending another $200+ buying such a similar shoe.
I have these as well, but will be keeping them, and skipping the new blue chi release. I know most people hated these rare airs, but I think they’re a decent shoe. The tumble is soft and more durable than the remastered tumble as it’s painted and not dyed, plus being a little less soft it...
Crazy that they made 10 different pairs of these lady colorways... The two purple pairs are almost identical. OG HI retail for Jump man too...
They're all pretty much better than the Gatorades though.
I have no problem with Mids. I'm one of the few here who actually bought the soar blue rare airs, and I love those as well. I might even buy the dark shadow mids... I just think releasing colorways that are very clearly dumbed down cheap versions of classic colorways is a bit of a weak move...
I knew the jeans looked weird in the photo, I didn’t really tuck them in, they’re just a skinny cut and go in the shoe a bit depending on how you’re standing.
And yeah I always lace over, not under.
Got the triple blacks in today. Price was right, but I’m on the fence. I dunno, they look kinda weird. Think it’s maybe the black being matte, or the all black sole.
Was on the fence about these and passed at retail, but at half price I did an instant double up. I actually really like them in hand and on feet. Pretty underrated in my opinion. Def not a replacement for the classics, but a cool update to break out once in a while.
Calling the 2011's Banned actually makes sense though given the X's and all the other branding on the insole and box. There is no reason to call the 2016's that. Seemed to all start when it was rumored they were going to retro with the X and lining and all that...
