Is it? If I'm not mistaken, the zoom air is contained in the sole pods. I found a post showing a befallen original pair, showing broken pods and zoom air units visible within. I'm not sure if the midsole had any additional zoom units but I don't think so.

furthermore, it's been Nike's MO w retros for a while. it's more surprising when they don't restock.

Glad to be getting a new pair as my 2017 is beat,
very comfortable and my daily dog walkers…I’m glad I ordered a 1/2 size up.

Is it possible that the Zoom is the same but the reduction in comfort in the 24s is due to the insole being Dreamcell?

If you want your big toe to have some breathing room I’d go half size up…

that was the case with the last retro. managed to grab a TTS & 0.5 up

I was able to go TTS, but half size up is probably best

And for the record.... I had the 1997 OG, in person.... the red on the OG was more burgundy than flaming red... but who tf cares....

My pair came in and fit just right TTS. I'm sure one day's wear will stretch out perfectly.

Never owned the OG or previous retros. unDS today and walked a good amount in em. While not the comfiest shoes, they aren’t too bad. Still had a little cushioned bounce to em. Half size up for me also.

Widefooter here and .5 size up is perfect. Will be doubling up
