It's been a while for me so I forgot a few things... Why not have a toxic spike lead with Tentacruel instead of Will-o-wisp?  Idk maybe you can just replace the Garchompp to make your team legal

 Blissey is almost always my favorite wall so

for that.  

I remember when I stopped playing I was in the middle of making a sandstorm team with Excalidrill, Gligor, Tyranitar and a few others.  Would of been pretty nasty imo.
