You may be average weight (although maybe in the high range since I'm 6'2 and am supposed to weigh between 175-190 tops ideally.), but that ishardly a picture of your total health. I won't get into any new-age hippy rants about the consumption of animals because what you eat is entirely yourchoice, but I would reccomend as healthy a life style as possible. The incidence of heart problems in this country is astounding enough to make one questionthe American diet, but I have seen the effects of healthy living first hand. Personally, when I'm in my 60's I want to look no older than 40 and be ashealthy as when I was 20. Now if I would only cut out drinking entirely I'd be on my way.

With that said there is nothing wrong with the occasional indulgence. In fact, I'm headed up to the store now to get some ice cream (soy) for my roomateand I

My neighborhood is suddenly overrun with Vegan restaurants. Imight have to get a tofu sandwich with pesto and sundried tomatoes in a little while. Or maybe I'll just get sausage, egg, and cheese on aroll.

I had oatmeal with cafe mocha whey protein, peanut butter, and splenda in it. Tasted great and nutritious.

YO! Ross... it took me a while to get crepes down pretty good too. I usually do bananas and Nutella, fresh strawberries on the side. The lady friend lovesthat.
