The description has larger pics that are digitally tagged on the bottom right corner. Does he own these pics?

Other than that, looks good to me. I would get paper tagged pics for proof of ownership.

The shoes are a hundred percent genuine. However I would ask for tagged pictures which includes his name on eBay and date.
I've seen the exact same pictures going around many places on the web so be careful on this one.
