If you have a 4K TV (especially gaming monitor) it is pretty much a night and day difference in the graphics department.
The performance (frame rate) is much better too across the board.
I’d say make the upgrade if it is feasible but don’t go broke doing so.

I've only had a One S, not an OG so my opinion might not be valid.
I have a One X and it's nice but unless you're getting a deal and you have a good TV I feel like the upgrades over the One S are appreciated but not vital. If you must have top-notch visuals then the One X is definitely for you.
Trading in the Switch though???

Yea i have a Samsung 4K HDR tv. And the Switch is cool but it wasnt until i got it that i realized I dont care for Nintendo games. I definitely fell for the hype.
I only use it like once a week if that. It definitely was an impulse buy.
I have the cash for a One X now but i may as well trade the system i wont use anymore (og One) and one I barely use (Switch) to get the X for the low.
