Just grabbed BFV and its almost done DL. Small ~40 GB DL by todays standards.

Hoping I enjoy it as much as BF1 which was my first foray into the series

It's great that eBay has coupons now. I copped a TV with that code. Finally 4K so maybe the X1X will be next.

Folks, not to stir the pot, but is there honestly any value in investing in an xbox at this phase? (Potential current-gen gamer here) Especially if i only have a choice of only ONE console. Graphics are rather secondary, i might add. Bells and whistles are great, but I need a variety of good games. I do own virtually every 360 game as well.
I'm leaning towards a PS4, to be perfectly frank.
Thanks.

^ PS4 is your way to go if you like solo campaign story games. But if you're into multiplayer online, especially shooters, Xbox is the way. The controller just feels more natural in the palms and the triggers make shooters more enjoyable. But you'd also need to factor in whether you will play online with friends and what consoles they play on. But Xbox typically has a nicer interface IMO, inviting, groups, chat, etc are easy. PS4 has good exclusives, nearly all of those exclusives are story based campaign games. So it depends on what kind of gamer you are.

QFT.
BO4 is mandatory and the 360 controller is straight butter; i mean it's smooth and intuitive (didn't mean slippery) and I'm more/less a "middle ground" casual gamer. For now.
Today; RDR1, while tomorrow, perhaps some MW2.
Yea I ain't with the times just yet, lol.
Props, brother. Clearly I have a decision to make, and mind you, this ain't about costs, $$, etc. I just lack the gaming time, so 2 consoles would be a waste imho.
Man I miss em junior high days of multiplayer on halo trial bloodgulch.
Good times, smh.
/edit, damn that's a long ramble.
