Why do you have both and a copy on each? No shade I am genuinely curious.

Bought XB1 S dirt cheap 2 years ago during Black Friday to play RDR 1, GTA IV, Bully, Forza Horizon 3, and to watch 4K movies.

A year later GS had a dope trade in deal towards the XB1X.

Bought digital version from PSN months ago. Sony does not let you cancel and get a refund.

Digital Foundry came out with their tech analysis video and showed the better version is definitely on the XB1X. Which I totally can see also.

Also I wanted that steel book case on the ultimate edition so I got the physical disc copy for the XB1X.

No, PS4 Pro is better at upscaling 4K on a 4K TV than Xbox One S.

i heard red dead sucks lol, this true? lots of complaints about all the menus and stats you have to keep track of. Wish they would go back and make games where you can just play and have fun. They ruined the new MGS with that building the base stuff

It does not suck at all but I can see it not being for everyone. It is slow though and almost too realistic so I can see people having reservations about it.

any of yall do the subscription game stuff? Worth it? I really don't have time to play maybe a few hours on the weekend. I cannot justify paying $70 for a new game everytime i want to play something. Is there a sub to rent games digitally? I know gamefly sends you cd's but is there a sub that lets you rent online

i just read something and came here to see what people thought

it basically says if you want coffee you have to brew it. if you want a gun that you’re not weilding you have to go back to your saddle for it. if you want to loot someone you have to legit pt down their entire body

i loved red dead and i’m on the fence about this game. it sounds amazing but it also sounds like the game is a full time job to get through

Yea, GamePass on Xbox, which I think is worth it for $9.99 a month. A huge selection of games and they cycle every month or so, and add more. Also Xbox 360 titles which are backwards compatible are included. I think there's a free month trial you can use and see if you like it. But for people I know who are subscribed to it, they tell me it's worth it.

Red dead 2 is more of a cowboy sim/rpg than it is Gta.

Great game tho. I wish I could run in camp, some things go slower than I wish they would, and the buttons are kind of clanky. But Its not boring, the missions are interesting, so many npcs, so much to do to distract you while your doing one thing but not so much to overwhelm you.

Looting isn’t hard, you go up to the body and press Y. You can search everywhere if you want but also do what you need to do and that’s it. It’s really up to how you want to play it.

i did the trade with an xbox one s i got for 140. got my wife the XS Max n sold her messed up iphone 7 to them for 230. sold my og xbox one x for 400. In then end they ended up giving me cash back and gettin red dead for free. plus the 400 for my old one X. i kinda feel like I robbed them tbh. so much finessery

anyway. Red Dead 2 on the X is the most beautiful video game ive ever seen.

Any One X tips I should know about?

I was playing PUBG and when I went to my menu screen my character didn’t show up it was still blank. I thought with the X it’s supposed to show up.
