Nothing has been said. Ranked playlists are still taking a backseat until the major issues are fixed.

The insane amount of cover that is in this game reminds me of Gears, but I can see that. 

Dont worry, Gears will be next on the list of unique shooters to be morphed into a hodge podge of thievery in the name of "accessibility" and "bringing in a new audience".

I still play on a TV, been around monitors before and see the difference though. Playing on TVs that arent my TV is weird to me also, its like a three week adjustment period.

Still no ETA but praying these things happen too. Unranked Halo is boring after a point and Non default H3 maps. Hopefully that includes MLG and fixing all the default disasters like Guardian and Snowbound. Leave old Narrows though new Narrows was trash

Either way, 343 came out and said that they were going to keep the game faithful to its roots. They've said this twice. They said before H4 came out, made an alpha build, said it was too traditional, scrapped it, then gave us the worst Halo game ever.

Then they said "Trust us, we learned from Halo 4, we're going to do it right this time" and are proceeding to give people Call of Gears: DestinyFields of Halofall.

343 Industries: Professional Liars.

It would have been one thing if they just came out and said what they were gonna do, but nope. They lied and continue to lie. Maybe when it blows up in their face a second time they'll learn and make a Halo arena shooter game like they said they were going to

Like I said before, your cod comparsion is not fair. Activision has deals with those studios. Bungie dropped the baton, then m$ created a studio(which has few former-bungie employees) to help xb1 in this console race.

Who said anything about Bungies Roots? I'm talking about the games roots. The games which they have full access to now that they own the rights.

I dont like either Destiny or H5 and Bungie isnt needed to make a quality Halo game, people who care about the game are. That means not building a studio which only started with 12 Bungie employees and then filling it with 300 more people who have never touched the game before and/or hate it.

Replicating magic isnt the issue here, making a quality Halo game is. With full access to the previous games and the community they could do it, they just dont care to.

Depends on what you consider success. Halo's success was never measured by sales amongst the community. Its always been about competitive merit and player retention. H5 will have neither of these, just like how H4 had neither. It can sell as much as it wants, but when the games dead by year one then what? Its shallow and has no replay value. Game will die 15 months in if it even makes it that long, theres little doubt in my mind.

They wanna keep making the game like this they better hurry up and annualize it. Because the market that they're trying to appeal to changes games like the wind.

Only a few are mentioned on the site but its like good channels. Sony has their Playstation TV service also but its like 75 channels so it won't be $20. Thing is you have to see what fits your needs and lifestyle. I believe in this Sling TV it's gonna be innovative so it will attract channels to join, it's also with Dish, Dish does sucks but they have the right connections needed.

I understand what 343 did, they are 'expanding' the fan base with the new elements. We just have to deal with it and pray MCC improves so u can enjoy the old titles...but we know 343 won't really put much more into the title once it's 100%.
