WWE SummerSlam 8/15 8pm PPV - The Nexus vs Team WWE | Sheamus vs Orton | Kane vs Mysterio (p12)

Horrible PPV. Excellent main event. Predictable ending.

Bryan Danielson really impressed tonight. Miz too.

Yeah, that finish was garbage, but all finishes with Cena are garbage, so we should have known better. Cena taking massive punishment and then making miracle comebacks does nothing but make the other guy look bad. It should be common sense, but Vince doesn't care.

After tonight, Omega H>>>Cena.

Honestly, who writes the scripts and storylines on for Cena's matches? Does Vince override the Creative Control group? Does Cena slip a C-note to them? Cuz all this "against all odds, and overcoming all obstacles" is really getting tired now. I'm seriously considering watching more TNA now cuz they have a champion who is more well deserved then Cena.

Other than little kids that love the man(no hate for them they don't know any better), if you're a Cena fan, I can't see how your not disappointed on how the WWE treats his character. Unless you're a certified homer and that has no room in Sports Entertainment.

This. But like I said earlier, John Cena is destined to be the greatest wrestler ever. Vince will make sure this happens. Oh BTW he has a movie coming out, so we're going to see this again for the next couple of months.

Daniels should have won the match that would be super epic. So does that mean Daniels and Miz for US Title?

Had this event taken place in NY or Philly, Cena would have been booed out of the building, and perhaps trash would of thrown in the ring.

I hope. Danielson is the guy that can put him over as a legit wrestler. He fills that desperate position the WWE needs, that Angle, Benoit, Joe type who can carry someone through a good match.
Danielson dominating the Miz for 20 minutes, and the Miz pulls of an Anderson Silva/Sonnen finish to remain US champ is how I would book it. With the Miz walking away bloody and battered, but victorious.
