You dudes took it as if she compared what happened to her family to 9.11.
That isn't what she did.
She compared the resiliency of her family in that situation to the resiliency of the US in 9.11.
I don't see the, "She compared what happened to her daddy to what happened to 9.11" angle.
Maybe for someone thst failed the analogy portion of the SATS.
Seeing how NYC Public Schools are, no surprise

She compared a national tragedy to a personal one a few days after the attack when the country especially the north east tri state was still shaken up. Really easy to look at it now and say it wasn't bad but not ao much then. It was extremely distasteful
