Nothing serious, no energy. Black pepper, Chili Power, Garlic Powder. Hot sauce splattered on the skin for color.

how long you leave in the baker? you still use that trader joes hot sauce? that stuff is fire for chicken bakes
i know you dont like that light skinned chicken...you leave in there for a dark/mocha skinned chicken

I am low on it right now so I will just use some cheap generic store brand hot sauce I have.
I usually boil the chicken for like 20 mins. Then bake for like 40 mins. Then turn the broiler on low and cook it in there for about 5 mins

friend gave me some fresh ghost peppers....i packed them in salt for 2 years+...then made a hot sauce out of them...more like an extract that i add to bbq sowses or other hot sauces
