I didn't lose my job, but I got transferred to a different branch and it sucks. Definitely more about happiness. You got anything lined up or you gonna play it by ear?

Just took a managerial position over a month ago and so far it's no bueno. 55-60 hours a week on salary. :x

Basically what I was doing. 13 hour shifts from 8 am to 9 pm 4 days a week. Made good money but what's the purpose if I'm too tired/busy to enjoy it?

Went through something quite similar where I was tenured for a long time and had to leave to be happy.(I quit properly though unlike Punk.) Wife held us down and now we are in a better situation. I'm positive something similar will happen for you BDB. Also if I remember you were saying they were giving you the raw deal cause you'd train people up and they'd overlook you when it came time for a promotion.

Yup me and my boss where going at it for a while now. Last straw was he wanted me to cut hours during the holiday season. Man I got employees that make penuts compared to me struggling to pay there bills and enjoy life. They worked hard for me I wasn't doing it I kept doing what I was doing. Voice of the voiceless

It's been choppy. I've been sitting on my hands a lot lately. If I had some income coming in elsewhere I'd find it easier to trade. It honestly gets boring being in my house all day long alone that's my main motivation to find a job right now. Feels like I lost my smile at times.

Man being at home, alone, all day is so damn exhausting..People think it's great cause "you don't have to work and you get to do whatever you want"..But after the first week or 2 you realize that it's awful..Then you get into a little funk and that just makes everything worse..I was doing great raising my son, but now that he's in school all day everyday I literally have nothing to do..Such a boring way to spend your time..Ugghhh..

Seriously man I've been going to the gym everyday just to see people. I applied to grad school yesterday so we'll see what happens. Might try my hand at teaching high school English unless I find a job in the interim.
