Wrestling Thread January 2nd-31st/NXT Takeover Tonight At 8PM ET/NTWT Royal Rumble Info On Page 1/Ro

Five Knuckle Shuffle right into an AA lets me know
Not sure if you are being forreal but it just goes back to the original argument

Having influence =/= Calling the shots.

Also, seeing a finish isn't enough information to determine how much Cena used his influence in thst situation.

Not sure yall grasp that concept.

To the John Chena apologists, was there any reason why he had to go over the Lone Wolf like that past night?

He's always holding down talent

The right call was made. And I'm more of a Corbin fan than a Cena fan.

Better yet why do you feel Chena should have won last night?

Is this how a discussion works?

YOU make a claim.

Someone asks you WHY you feel that way, yet you throw a question back at that person?

I didn't make the initial claim. You did.

Answer the question.

Why do you feel Corbin should have won last night?

And in typical Deep Sea fashion you pull out the parts you want from a statement and reinterpret it into a completely different point.

There was no reason for John Chena to go over the Lone Wolf LIKE THAT. The key words in the statement were like that. Nowhere in that statement does it say that the Lone Wolf had to go over or win.

But continue your usual ways!

Instead of Cena winning, I think Corbin should have won with interference from Styles or just end the match a DQ with Styles and Corbin beating down my boy Cena.

Since the conversations are always Cena OVER (and not HOW Cena goes over), I figured you had an issue with him going over PERIOD. So since you are saying that isn't what you meant, fine. What was wrong with the finish in your opinion?

This. Wasn't expecting Corbin to win, as he shouldn't have, but after all the **** talking Corbin did during the build up, the way he lost made him look extra weak. Felt like an extended squash.

Should have had AJ or Ziggler come out and attack both

Curious why the Styles is way back on that Royal Rumble Poster when he's the Smackdown champ. That's so weak.

Like DBry said last week, no matter what you do during late-April-December, the guys who bust their butt from late-April to December take a back seat come Wrestlemania season :{

Ya, they put the mainstream dudes in the front. Not as many people know AJ.

But isn't AJ more known than Kevin Owens? or is Kevin Ownes more popular? Idk, I just think he should have been placed in the middle.

There may have only been 1 slot in that second row for newer, less mainstream, talent & KO's fat mug got the spot.
Raines & Charlotte round the row out in a diversified manner.

I agree that BK should have been more visible & in the first or second row. And then of course there's Braun...

I already knew that Corbin wasnt beating Cena last night. It was either gon be Cena winning or DQ cuz of AJ interfering in the match

Cena has to stay or at least look hot going into that match with AJ. I just wished they aint have Cena go over him like THAT tho smh

it's roman, charlotte, and cena that does the leg work as far as press conferences. i swear they are at every big one :lol
