Wrestling Thread Jan/Feb | 2/29 RAW - The Undertaker Returns to Respond to The McMahons

From all the stories, Titus is very well-liked and seems like a really good dude.

We all know how petty Vince can get and this is really more of him trying to set an example for the rest of the roster.

Glad to see Titus taking it on the chin and owning up to his "mistake".

Titus is going to get a nice US Title push once he comes back from suspension

"the gravity of his mistake"??..I don't understand what mistake he made..So he was joking around and grabbed Vince, big deal..

Unless you're Triple H, Cena and probably Roman at this very moment, these guys can't act out in front of the entire roster. Sad that Vince acted in this manner of unnecessary punishment, but that's probably his reasoning behind it. It has nothing to do with race, but authoritative power striking again.

I knew something didn't look right when I initially saw it but didn't think it would amount to all this.

You gotta think if that hadn't been caught on camera, none of this would be happening.

Yep. Vince didn't want to seem like "one of the boys" in public and used that as a cop out to flex his authority.

hopefully they will reduce his suspension again and he'll be back for mania. great PR guy, would suck if he was out for this long. 2 months of not working :x pretty sure this is titus' first violation
vince clearly sending a message to other talents. don't fool around while your still on air and working. they already edited that out on the network

I will still say it was HHH and Steph more so than Vince. Vince is known for that behavior even during something as serious as DB retiring.........Even reading about the edits made to the youtube vids and wwe network material SCREAMS HHH more than Vince.........Dunn, HHH, and Steph probably got in his head to do something since it looked embarrassing.

But how was it embarrassing?

60 days is much but you just don't grab your boss like that or really in any way no matter where you work and how cool you think you are with him. wouldn't expect you to know since you haven't worked in forever and live off of other people's taxes to sit on your wheelchair all day

Get outta here with that ********..It was good natured joking..Y'all act like he grabbed him by the throat and tried to choke the life outta him..I've worked at a couple different jobs where the boss/supervisor had a relaxed relationship with their employees and we'd joke around way worse than grabbing someone's arm..
You don't know me or my situation, so stick to talking about nyc and whining about white privilege..

Did I strike a nerve b?? Probably the only nerve you feel on your back. YOU'RE welcome! Doesn't matter if he was joking or not putting hands on anybody you work with is not allowed in this case putting hands in a non work related manner. And it was broadcasted.

i generally agree with brenda
if titus fell victim to anything here it would be his own lack of judgement

but i did peep peeps post too...'the owls are not always as they seem' - twin peaks

Honestly, the majority of people probably wouldn't of even noticed the "violation" and them doing this suspension has most likely made a ton of people more aware and the company made itself look worse in the process. Good one, Vince.

Penalty is way too harsh but you just don't put hands on anybody at work. HR probably called for it as well
