I’m on a linear progression plan so I haven’t tested my 1-rep max since February. I’m guesstimating I’m around 440 for my deadlift. My squat is about 100lbs behind my DL though :sick::smh:

Yeah I wouldn't eat meals from those three places at the same time but create one cheat meal from the same place..
Example:
In n Out: Double double
5G: Cajun fries
Chic fila: Frosted Lemonade

I get it. My brother in law lost a significant amount of weight. So I’m sure he knows what he’s doing. But I seen him order from 3 places before and it’s like one from each place. He loves food and that helps his cravings. I was on the whole 30 diet and lost about 19 lbs. So do whatever works.

I’m not trying to be a smart **** but look it up on YouTube. There’s a doctor that explains it scientifically. Personally I just reject it all together just based on my preferences.

Or maybe just do the Whole30 diet. There’s a website with instructions. I basically ate the same thing for 30 days. Lost 19 lbs but had to gain 10 lbs back because I looked too sick. From 163 to 144. Now about 153.
