Wrestling Thread April-September 2018 RIP

My leg day was yesterday. I made phillychesse steaks with real steak no broke boy steak ums and I had some cookies. I squatted for 10 sets and did front squats with kettlebell swings.

Leg day today. Also decided cheat meal Is gonna happentoday. Tired of meal prep food. Trying to decide what to eat after the gym. Been craving 3 spots. Chick-fil-A, InNout, or Five Guys :emoji_thinking::emoji_thinking::emoji_thinking:

Haven’t had any of those spots for months :emoji_sweat: help.

If it was your cheat day. I’d say go to all three places and feast like a crazed lunatic.
 
I have seen some recent pics of censure and he is ripped. Veins in his abs popping out.
 
My brother in law does that intermittent fasting. He was telling me how it works and also you can eat whatever you want. I told him. I don’t ever crave food. I can easily eat the same thing months after months.
I'm in the same boat.. I eat damn near the same thing but I can also eat on a set schedule which I dont mind IF..

I don’t know about eating whatever you want :lol I still keep my diet pretty much the same even on IF.

Anything that suggests, "You can eat whatever you want" needs to be heavily questioned
 
I was just trying to suggest to do the Rock cheat day regimen. I was sure you would have approved based on your avatar.
Yeah I wouldn't eat meals from those three places at the same time but create one cheat meal from the same place..
Example:
In n Out: Double double
5G: Cajun fries
Chic fila: Frosted Lemonade

Essentially, it’s having your meals on a daily set schedule. For example, I have an 8 hour eating period from 12:00pm to 8:00pm and after that I fast for 16 hours. When I’m “fasting”, I only drink water and black coffee.

I’ve been doing it for the past 1.5 years and it has helped me get leaner and also helped with my gains in the gym :pimp:

It’s been catching on this year as a new craze for people trying to lose weight, but it’s also been popular with bodybuilders/weight lifters for a few years.
