The area code that he has made famous around the globe will honor the first luchador to become WWE World Champion with his own day in the city.
This morning it was announced that San Diego City Councilman David Alvarez will honor Mysterio by declaring June 19th, appropriately 6/19, “Rey Mysterio Day” in the city.
