When's the next draft? Smackdown definitely needs some people, with Edge and Taker out.

There will be back to back three hour Raws in June (I believe June 6 and 13), the two weeks following the conclusion of Tough Enough.  It is almost guaranteed that one of these shows will be a draft.  Although really, how can anyone care about the draft at this point?  The draft and Bragging Rights are the only three or four weeks of the year WWE actually cares about the brand split between Raw and Smackdown.  The other 40-50 weeks of the year, guys just go as they please.  Even the most casual of fans realizes this at this point.

He's not retired, but he might as well be.  He won't wrestle more than 2-3 matches a year at this point.  He might not even wrestle until Mania next year.

yea he wanted to rework his character, and has always wanted to wrestle in Japan but couldnt before because of his criminal record....but i garuntee ull see him back before a year, from what i remember he left on good terms with vince

Eh, things seem to be going smoothly in NJPW for MVP right now, so unless something disastrous happens, he probably won't be back in America for a while.

And he just turned it into greatness. His in ring was amazing, always. I don't remember many times he didn't show up and kill it. Always entertaining.... I will miss him.[/color]

According to WWE.com, Edge had an MRI done on Monday and was diagnosed with stenosis of the spine, a narrowing of the spinal cord due to the abuse he's taken since coming back from the fusion surgery. Continued abuse from bumping could have resulted in serious injury, including paralysis.This is 100% real as noted earlier and the decision to retire was made within the last few days. WWE obviously would have had Del Rio win the title at WrestleMania if they knew ahead of time. For what it's worth, that was the original plan several weeks ago.
After RAW ended last night, Randy Orton and John Cena came out and talked about Edge, saying how great he was and how much he will be missed. When Cena finished talking, he put the mic down in the ring and the crowd gave Edge a standing ovation.Here's video of the moment:

Big Show, Wade Barrett, Kane and Jack Swagger have been used in pointless angles.

Christian may finally get the chance to fight for the title, but doubt would ever win.

Maybe the long awaited pushes of Drew McIntyre and Kofi Kingston will be coming!
