SABU rushed to hospital..

via TMZ:Sabu -- a hardcore wrestling icon -- was rushed to the hospital before a scheduled event tonight in Pennsylvania ... TMZ has learned.

Cops in Travose, PA tell TMZ they were dispatched to a hotel for a medical emergency, but wouldn't elaborate. The manager at the hotel where Sabu was staying tells TMZ the staff there felt the wrestler was intoxicated when paramedics were called.

A source close to Sabu tells TMZ he had been MIA all day and promoters for an ECW reunion event he was scheduled to appear at could not get in touch with him.

According to our source, Sabu had an allergic reaction to a medication he had been taking.

Sabu is one of the top-billed wrestlers at the Extreme Reunion tonight, but we're told he'll be a no-show.

A rep for the event tells TMZ, "Sabu was found unresponsive in his hotel room earlier today when event staff went to his room to pick him up for tonight's show. Management is currently awaiting results from his doctors to find out what actually happened."

The rep continues, "All we know is that he had prior health issues that might have been a contributing factor. We're pulling for him and are very concerned for his health. We wish him the best of luck in his recovery."

me & my brother are going to take two buses & two trains tomorrow to Extreme Rules at Allstate Arena, the first bus will get us to the train & then we'll take another train & when we get off the second train there will be a bus that will be going to the Allstate Arena, then after the event we'll get back on the bus that goes back to train & then we'll get off the trains & our sister will pick us from where we caught the first train & take us home since there won't be any buses running. Not the way we thought we would be going, but we couldn't get anybody to drive us, about an hour driving & we didn't have enough money for a limo service.

- TNA X Division Champion Austin Aries is on WWE’s radar for the new cruiserweights show that is scheduled for the WWE Network when it launches later this year. Aries is currently signed to a TNA contract but it reportedly expires soon.

Aries was under consideration at one point for WWE Tough Enough but never made it.

- A feud between Triple H and Brock Lesnar has at least been talked about in a recent WWE creative meeting at RAW.

Nothing is confirmed as far as Triple H returning to the ring this year but his status was described as, “if they really need him for ratings or buys, he will wrestle.

- As noted before, WWE held the annual shareholder’s meeting on Friday morning at WWE Headquarters in Stamford, CT. Here are some more highlights:

* A shareholder asked if it was time to drop the price of pay-per-views due to a drop in buyrates and Vince said no. Another shareholder asked about WWE offering all pay-per-view events as a package like other sports. Vince said it was a possibility but they have to see whether or not the PPV’s will be includes as a part of the WWE Network and if so, how that changes their plans.

* A shareholder asked if pay-per-view events would be shown on the Network. Vince said they were formulating that and it all depended on pricing.

Still no confirmation on Sabu being alive or dead, but the reports are that Justin Credible passed out backstage tonight, and that is why he did not face Lynn.

Justin Credible tweeted this pic last night of Sabu passed out in a %##%!$ hotel room chair. Real life ram $#+#.
