Sad thing is that it might be Vince in their ear telling them what to do. 

Vince needs to look back at the stuff he said in the past. Like at the beginnning of the attitude era, they Vince had that small video saying "We are no longer going to insult your intelligence". Because that is exactly what they are doing right now with all this BS
