There's somewhat of a grey area here. How drink is 'too drunk'. Very similar situation happened to me in Austin in April. Chick bought me a drink from across the bar and was flirting od hard. I was a little buzzed myself. We went to the bathroom and played for a minute but I was extremely iffy and didn't force the issue. If it's a girl that I'm familiar with then it may be as little different.
