I noticed that also..... but not sure if it came before the concept or after the concept. Definitely looks like before though,

No doubt, that scene with Pharrell and Jay is by far my favorite clip. From Pharrell describing the track to Jay over the phone and Jay justhanging up on him to the speech that P gives when Jay enters the room.
