True but at least they have to pay attention to the game. They aren't allowed to eat Takis and Hot Cheetos, while listening to their music/texting with headphones on while the game is going on.

If you had to choose, which of her 4 double-digit stats would you say she didn't really reach double digits on?
Points seem the least likely to be disingenuous.
I can kind of see how any of the other 4 could be... "played with"/disingenuous.

All I know is, on any given night if someone has 10+ assists, at least one is questionable (literally just swinging the ball & perhaps clock running down so not indicative of anything) and one is flat out nonsense (pass comes, player gets the ball, dribbles, spins, pump fakes, steps back, makes a shot).
I'm sure we've all see the video dissecting many of John Stockton's assists. But it's all game every game.
Popular connotation of an assist is some great pass that results in a teammate getting an open look or an easy look. You'd have to make a complex rubric to break down what is an isn't an assist for people who have never played, but if you've played for a decade or longer hopefully, you know what is and isn't an assist. And the point where you dump a pass down and a player makes a series of 6 moves, pumps, dribbles, etc, that's no longer you helping (assisting) your teammate in any meaningful way.

It's high school basketball, it ALL can (and has been) seriously lied on by stat keepers. So to me, it's all questionable not because of the probability of it happening but the lack of integrity/qualifications needed to be a score keeper.
