fam you can’t do anything about racism and trolls on the internet. All you can do is send some messages standing against it but you ain’t stopping these bots from typing vile stuff. Telling the ladies to toughen sounds harsh but this is the world we live in

Eject the fans like they do in nba games. Sexism and racism clearly ain’t it but you think the clay Travis’ of the world aren’t going to use CC as a rod to get their stuff off? I just don’t know what the answer is. Before they got their white savior, it was kitchen quips. There’s always going to be something in America with women’s sports.

Aside from beefing up security (I don’t know if that’s the issue) all you can do is make a statement. She didn’t exactly do that so i understand the beef there.

When Draymond Green fouls peope aggressively and takes cheap shots, he gets harrassed. They done called him every name in the book.
This is something that has always come with being in the public eye.
You don’t get to decide and monitor the type of attention that you’ll receive. However you have the power to not breathe life into it eveey time something happens.

It’s not about policing it. It’s going to always happen. However, as the commissioner YOU YOURSELF can back and support your players saying you don’t condone. Sure it’ll still happen but as the commissioner for a league that’s bursting out more and more to the public, it’s nasty work when you skirting around saying toughen up

The W is essentially getting gentrified right now. It was a league being proped up and held together support wise by women of color and the LGBTQIA community. And that is beginning to change because of all the money at play now with the arrival of Caitlin Clark.
Complaints are running rampant about season ticket prices for longtimr fans.
With added attention comes a lot of change and that niche crowd is having issues with these changes.
This is another conversation that could be fleshed out and had.

Everyone wanted more attention for the WNBA but were not prepared for said attention coming from all sides and angles.
