Why is my youtube not working (freezing)

earlier my internet was running pretty fast, now anything I try to d/l or watch on youtube basically does this...and it costantly does this, I rebooted and stayed in the same area, can't figure why my net is so crappy? Anyone know?

nvm still not working, it just freezes the browser every time I try n see a vid. I tried on IE, Firefox, and Chrome all the same...any other suggestions?
