I've given up on them, never managed to complete them or thought they were nonsense, but I am curious if you guys made any. And have been able to keep the ones you made in the previous years.

My new years resolution is too work out more or go to the gym, at least 5 times a week. Only go about 2 to 3 times a week.
They just built a newer Planet Fitness closer to me, meaning it will be easier.
Work out at least 5 days a week. Get down to 8% bf.
Same thing every year, but never had the motivation to go through with it.
This year is different though, just a feeling. My motivation is at a high right now, feeling good for this year.
2013:
- Lose a good amount of weight, tone up, gym 5x week
- Run, Run, Run
- Follow through with my diet
- Hit the court more
- No more speeding tickets
- Make all A's, 18 hours
- Make the best of my time this semester at school
- Be a better person, and find inner peace within myself
- Be happy
2012 was terrible, going to make up for it this year. Let's get itttttt
