Aright, so my version was blown away by Luigi's so I just redid it.

Just changed the font and a few minor things - made it 2009 too which is probably useful.

Luigi's is still better but if he can't change the spelling and stuff here's mine:

That's an effect in Illustrator called Live Trace. I threw it in and out of photoshop and Illustrator to make it look like that.
