Some of my favorite years of the NFL were the late 90s/early 00s when the Rams were dominating so I would like to see St. Louis climb out of the cellar and take a risk like this (Vick's words show he'd be on board with STL too). This wouldn't solve all their problems by any means, but signing Vick would bring excitement, draw fans, and it's clear the guy still has NFL starting talent in him.

As for Vick, I think if he went to Seattle that would be interesting. I doubt anyone is going to guarantee him a starting job.
