Trying to rest these shins and run again tomorrow.
After over a year and a half of not running on the street and substituting the elliptical for real running, my shins have no strength. Been back at it for two months and I'm only up to about a mile before my shins lock up and kick my ***.

Fri = Workout then beers with some homies. Saturday = Errands, workout, smashed a fatty from POF, beers at one of my favorite spots, home to watch some GoT and burn. Today = Prep for an hour long presentation in front of 300+ peers and leadership later this week, workout, some more GoT.

Friday night: My good homegirl moved up here from Socal so we kicked it downtown SF with our college friends.
Saturday Night: Chilled for my boys birthday at a karaoke bar, good times always..
Sunday: Cousin came to visit from Japan (he stationed out there for the Air Force). Haven't seen him since around the time I left for college (5 years).
Every weekend has been good this month..and it continues
