What's the most expensive/dumbest music related purchase you've ever made?

The reason I ask is because I just dropped $100+ on this....

Very rare US promo 12" with a unique mix and picture sleeve drawn by Prince himself. Prince reportedly had 1500 copies pressed to give away in honor of his June 7th birthday.

Although I'm glad that I have it, part of me is embarrassed trying to justify dropping over $100 (and that was me getting lucky to get it at that price). 

However I do feel good knowing that if I ever decide to sell it, I would make a profit.

So I ask you /16ers...what's the most expensive/dumbest music related you've bought?

I don't regret my purchases.. But I've lost an ipod and broke 3. Bad luck.

yo, my brother had one of these....it was cool man, so much good music was had when he let me borrow it.

Expensive? Probably the Blueprint 10th Anniversary Vinyl. Don't regret it though.
