I like Anchorman as one of the funniest I've seen.
I think the Hangover will be mentioned a lot...but I think it's VERY overrated...funny but way overrated.

Reno 911 Miami - Not for everyone, but I laughed through most of it. The whale scene is one of the funniest things i have ever watched.
Fear of A Black Hat - Came out around the same time as CB4, but wasn't nearly as popular. Underrated as hell.
Any Christopher Guest movie - Spinal Tap, Best In Show, Waiting For Guffman and For Your Consideration are all hilarious. A Mighty Wind is my favorite.
