whats the best way to ship an ipad to singapore?

i have to send an ipad to my sister in singapore and never shipped international.
whats the most secure way to send this without it getting lost?

USPS global express. Def get insurance and signature confirmation if available. Wrap the box with brown shipping paper (can get at Staples in shipping aisle) and tape with Tyvek tape (Home Depot). The reasons to do this are 1. it makes it a pain for someone to open to see what's inside such as shady post office workers and 2. the receiver can tell if it was opened before it got there. This worked for me shipping iphones to Russia, China, etc
