What's for dinner tonight?

Looking up recipes and I think I'm just making quesadillas.
What do you guys like in your quesadillas not really sure what I'm putting in it. and what is everyone else making for dinner?

Put some chicken in it or caramelize some onions, or switch up the cheese and throw some goat cheese and spinach in it



Chicken Taco soup is goin on in the slow cooker right now but I'm going to my uncles show tonight and my aunt has Gumbo for after so I'm gonna be all over that.
