This movement in question is in reference, possibly, to the style of garmets they wear, which are usually reserved and worn by caucasian individuals. However,in this case, they are worn by african americans, thus, the race line is blurred. In effect, the so-called "black boy white boy" is in reference to aintermeshing of both parties.
