I don’t actually make it. The parents at my sons school do. At first it was a gift cause they know I get down (not really on edibles though) but now I buy and gift some as well.

Here’s another that was a gift. Also cannabis. You can see a little cinnamon stick in there.

I enjoy it but I smoke a bit so my body has a tolerance for THC though I do think ingesting it provides a different effect.

Have to be more careful if you don’t have a tolerance. My godsons mom had some at the crib last year and we had to keep her here an extra 2 hours cause she was DONE. Swore it wasn’t hitting at first so had more and that put her over the top

This was a bottle my girlfriend got for me. I do like supporting smaller distilleries, but this stuff isn’t great.

Finishing off this bottle tonight. I’m not great at reviews, but I would rather have Elijah Craig over this any day.

I picked up some EC Barrel Proof tonight and a couple Weller SR’s. Did some blind taste tests. Col Taylor Small Batch > Weller SR. McKenna 10 > Barrel Bourbon #19. Col Taylor > McKenna 10.

I have really been wanting to try the Elijah Craig Barrel Proof. I really dig the “Small Batch”. I’ll never see Weller around here. I might have to break down and get the EH Taylor Small Batch. I’m not a huge fan of the Baffalo Trace “profile”, I guess. I did see McKenna the other day for a reasonable price and I might have to give it another go. My only bottle was a tad of a letdown. I doubt they are still sitting though.
